| Class Experience | In this 4-week Diamond Club Learning Pod, students will begin learning concepts “for most” and reviewing addition, subtraction, and multiplication. This is a fun and creative learning environment that allows children to use manipulatives to help them problem solve. This approach gives children an opportunity to see things in different way and gives them an opportunity to enjoy learning. This is an open-ended class that allows children to communicate and answer questions in a pressure free environment. We will use lots of fun and creative items to solve math problems. |
| Learning Goals | At the end of this 4-week session, your learner should be able to complete all 3 math concepts in a fun and creative way. |
| Supply List |
· A set of numbers 1-10 (magnetic numbers, numbers cut out on paper) · dry erase board and maker or paper and pencil. · A set of manipulatives, please see links below for reference
