| Class Experience |
During this hands-on math class, learners will begin identifying two-digit numbers. After we have reviewed what a two-digit number looks like, we will begin looking at adding two-digit numbers. We will begin by acknowledging the sets of numbers and placing them in their correct place.
While reviewing the ones and tens concepts, (which is also known as place value), we will begin working as a group to problem solve. After the concepts have been reviewed multiple times and examples have been shown, we will begin working simple two-digit math problems.
This will be a great 3-week learning experience that can help expand each learners knowledge when it comes to two digit addition and subtraction. |
